1. Do I ship anywhere??  I ship anywhere in Canada (via Canada Post) and shipping rates apply. HOWEVER- I CAN ship anywhere but shipping rates will apply and you will be provided with the cost once it is shipped.

2. Do I make custom pieces?? YES, I arm always delighted to make the perfect item for you or a loved one.

3. Are my stones authentic?? Yes, ALL stones that are used in our jewelry have been tested and are 100% natural.

4. Is pickup available?? Yes, no-contact pickup is available in Douglas Dale, Calgary Alberta

5. Do we make youth sizes? Yes, however very small parts are used which can be choking hazards for younger children. Our jewelry is best suited for ages 10 and up.​

6. Do we have a return policy?? No, all sales are final.

​

7. How long does it take for a custom order?  This depends on the size of the order.  Typical turn around time is 1 week from time of ordering.

8. Are our plants grown by us? YES, ALL plants that are posted have all been grown and propagated but JJDesignz

9. Is our Jewelry durable and good quality? YES! With proper care your jewelry will be a long lasting unique piece of jewelry that will stick with you for years to come!

Are the drawings available all the original copy? YES. If you are looking for ORIGINAL COPY artwork, I got you! All of the drawings for sale are the original piece!!!

How are my drawings priced?  I charge $25 per hour and the average piece takes minimum 6-8 hours. I do also include the price for the frame!

Do I do custom commissions? YES, if you are interested in getting a certain type of butterfly or moth etc please either send me a DM on Instagram (@dotworkby.jj) OR you can email me under the contact page.

Are all of my frames antique or vintage? Yes, I am personally a huge lover of antiques and unique old things so I source all of my frames from vintage/antique shops!

Do I draw people? NO. I personally do not draw people, I want to give the best drawing I can and people is not something I have experience in.

Am I a tattoo artist? Not ''YET''. I am practicing techniques and will start tattooing in approximately 4-5 years from now if things go as planned! Stay tuned!!!!!

Do I photo copy prints? Technically I can but I prefer not to as I like to keep things original! (Original copies only)
